By accessing or using DL Wellness website and therapeutic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services. Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Emergency Disclaimer
DL Wellness is NOT for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or if you are considering self-harm, please call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. Professional Services
DL Wellness facilitates mental health services provided by independent licensed professionals. While we vet all therapists on our platform:
- The therapist-patient relationship is strictly between you and your provider.
- Individual results from therapy vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- Therapists are responsible for their own clinical decisions and treatments.
3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We value the time of both our clients and our therapists. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice will result in a full session charge.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for sessions are disclosed during the booking process. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Service, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. We use secure third-party payment processors; DL Wellness does not store your full credit card details.
5. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to behave respectfully during all sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services if a user is abusive, threatening, or engages in illegal activity.
